We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the fact that it had excellent facilities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the theatre district and within walking distance of the Metro station. It was also conveniently situated in a restaurant with pavement seating, great to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the city. the hotel was so close to everything, making it convenient for exploring the city and visiting popular attractions. The breakfast offered was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and cute.

The hotel was amazing! The staff were more than wonderful, they were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, new, and nicely decorated. The rooftop terrace and pool were fabulous, I loved spending time there enjoying the view. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance and there were great local spots nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious and reasonably priced. it was a special hotel that offered great value for money.
There were a few minor downsides. The room was a bit small and the bathroom was not completely closed off, which lacked privacy.

I had an amazing time at this hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including good air conditioning. The breakfast with views over the city was a great way to start the day.
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The staff were very good too make sure I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast they served every morning. One day, I mentioned to a staff member that I would love some sliced tomatoes, and to my surprise, they had them ready for me the next day without me even asking. It's the little things like this that really make a difference. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was within walking distance of the Prado and the Palace.
